moved old ui test files in old-ui-test for future reference if needed
added conftest.py with code to cofigure and  autostart firefox with selenium
In runtest.py I:
added --convert-feature option to convert jira feature files for pytest-bdd
added --ip and --root-password to source it in confing.cfg
added  code to setup confing.cfg for conftest.py
added code to run pytest for bdd testing and to store the results for jenkins and Jira
added code to convert jira feature files before starting the test
added ha-test folder with features folder inside
